These are some of the extra services provided when Stowe Associates manages your employee benefits program:
  • A comprehensive Employee Communication program featuring an employer-customized secure website. Each employee is assigned a secure log-in to check claims status, review benefits options, read the employee Handbook, consult the Group Health Benefit plan document; and find other benefit and Human Resources information.


  • A formal program of on-going Support for Government Compliance Requirements. Audits, training, and administration will assure that your company is meeting all legal requirements including HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance.


  • Development of a "Hidden Paycheck" for each employee-an annual statement showing the cost of employer-provided benefits. Each employee will receive an annual statement from the employer, featuring a Summary of Company-Provided Benefits that are provided in addition to their annual income. This statement will include specific company contributions to benefits such as medical premium, life premium, and 401K plan, as well as contributions to Federal and State benefits programs (FICA, Federal unemployment, State unemployment, and Workers Compensation.) This "Hidden Paycheck" Illustrates the total cost of company provided benefits, plus the employee's annual income, for an actual realized income figure. The statement also shows what percentage of this total benefit cost is added to the employee's annual salary.
